What is groove? It’s a feel. It’s not necessarily “perfect”… If you zoom in real close on a world class drummer’s tracks in ProTools, you’ll find that the hihat and kick and snare aren’t in a perfectly straight vertical line, and that is what makes it feel so great. We believe that’s what great art is all about - it makes you feel something, it inspires you.

Our passion in artist management is helping artists get where they want to go in this thing we call the music biz and in their own personal lives. We specialize in systemizing artists’ business so that there’s more time to do the actual creating and performing.
Our goal in talent buying and venue services is to partner with venue teams to make their vision for their venues a reality through streamlined workflows and industry connections.

Founder Michael Harris has worked in almost every corner of the music industry for over 20 years. With experience in the fields of artist management, talent buying, tour managing, drumming, producing, music directing, and music transcription, Michael understands music and the business of it from all the angles.

Brittney Hitch
Brittney graduated from Austin Peay State University in 2016 with a Bachelor's Degree in Communication with a concentration in Public Relations. She also graduated from the International Association of Venue Managers (IAVM), Venue Management School in 2024.
Over her career, she has produced festivals such as Riverfest in Clarksville, TN and has been a long time volunteer with Musicians On Call.
In addition to IAVM, she is a member of SOLID Nashville (Society of Leaders in Development), the Country Music Association, and the Academy of Country Music. She also serves on the Troubadour Society Advisory Council for the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum.

Rod Gaddy is a seasoned executive and strategic leader with more than two decades of experience in operations, talent development, and business growth. As CEO of Southern Management, Rod has built and scaled organizations by implementing strategic planning initiatives, streamlining operations, and cultivating high-impact business relationships.
Throughout his career, Rod has led companies through periods of expansion by negotiating complex partnerships, resolving operational challenges, and developing initiatives that strengthen brand reputation and long-term sustainability. Known for his decisive leadership style, Rod combines strong negotiation skills with a people-first approach that prioritizes culture, accountability, and performance.
Rod’s background includes executive leadership roles spanning contractual obligations, management, and service-based industries, where he has consistently delivered results through operational excellence and customer-focused strategy. He is particularly recognized for his ability to identify, attract, and develop top-tier talent while fostering strong internal teams and external partnerships.
